Dimsum and Noodle Bar was started with a simple focus: authentic dim sum and regional noodle soups made from scratch in St. John's.
Our kitchen starts early each morning to pleat crystal Har Gow, fill savory pork Siu Mai, and roll steamed BBQ buns. Alongside our dim sum, our Tonkotsu and braised beef stocks simmer gently for up to 12 hours to build clean, deep flavor.
